“My Word Health truly values its staff and the work they do, creating a workplace where employees can thrive, continuously learn from each other, and make meaningful impacts in the lives of children.
I love My Word Health’s emphasis on a personalised approach to care. My Word Health is committed to embracing and meeting the diverse needs of children and their families, ensuring each child receives the most effective and relevant support tailored to their unique circumstances.
I love that I can work from home when needed (especially with kids!) and our team wellness days where we get to slow down and connect as a team. I also love the generous professional development allowances and opportunities that mean I can continue growing my skill set and staying up to date with the latest evidence-based practices.”
