Social Skills Program

  • Designed to improve children’s communication skills and enhance their ability to interact with others.
  • It has been developed with input from our Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy teams.
  • The program helps teach your child how their brain works, how to work in groups, understand how emotions show up in our bodies, and how to collaborate with others in order to work together and make friendships.
  • It includes interactive activities like role-playing, group discussions, games, and storytelling to help children build positive relationships, improve their self-esteem, and improve their social skills.

Program Specifications

  • Social Skills Program will be held weekdays 3:30pm – 4:30pm. (Day varies depending on the program best suited to the child)
  • It’s for children aged 5-12 years (with children being grouped with similar-age peers).
  • 4 – 6 children per program
  • $1939 per term
  • Can use their NDIS plan or pay privately if no NDIS plan is available.
  • Children who have difficulties understanding and utilising their social skills.
